I applied online for a graduate research assistant position. I received an email from one of the professors who said is interested in working with me. He scheduled a phone interview. It was not too much tough. We mainly discussed my background and the way I can help his research team. He asked me to send him some of my latest academic achievements. After, few days I received a job offer.
