Had an amazing screening with HR. Hiring mgr told her not even an interview which is very odd for me. Yet I found they looked at my LinkedIn profile. Probably to check if I had a picture and I’m sure that made their decision….I reviewed their list of employees and not diverse so that answers why they looked at my profile. Totally ignore my value and skillset. I am a great asset to any job as I know taxation inside and out. Their loss.
