Interview
Sent CV and after 10 days was contacted to book an online video interview via Microsoft Teams. Only 20 mins short introduction call, with a manager and European recruiter. They tried to make the interview as comfortable as possible. It became evident they cared about the recruitment processed as could be seen by them using live video interview and not pre-recorded questions, as well as a company workers performing the interview and not a recruitment agency.
