Applied online, had a phone interview first which went over salary, talking about what I want in a career, troubleshooting skills, talked about FEA and Solidworks, as well as going over what I knew about the company.
Next round was my first in person interviews. Got an email after the phone screen about a week later to set up this one. Went into the building, talked to the receptionist, then went into a room to talk to the hr guy. Went over benefits and filled out some paperwork. Then had a hour long interview with the engineering manager for the group they are hiring in. Just went over general questions, drawings, problem solving skills, talked about shafts and assemblies and manufacturing problems. Easy going guy and was just pretty conversational.
Week later got another email for the second and last round of interviews. This was with the general manager above the engineering manager. Talked about strengths, weaknesses, environment I want to work in, extra curriculars from school, how to describe myself in 3 words, how do I work in a team, and then talked about my resume
Also toured the office and manufacturing plant after the interview so got to see how it all worked and the environment and some of the parts.
Told they would call me in a few weeks once the rest of interviews are over.
