I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Warrendale, PA) in Nov 2022
Interview
Very knowledgeable Hiring Manager. Seems like a great company to work for. Medium to large company with multiple divisions. Great benefit programs. Onsite training. Safety program and work life balance seems very attractive.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Nagoya, Aichi) in Mar 2011
Interview
Submitted resume and cover letter through university career website, and offered a phone interview with an HR person. Followed up by a panel interview at LA. Flight and lodging arrangement was good. Panels consisted of both HR and technical employees, 4 in total. They wanted to know how your backgrounds aligned with the job, and were honest with you about the challenges in the job. Most importantly, they were friendly, no pressure once you break the ice and know what you're doing. Ask the HR contact what to expect during the interview, and you'll get more than sufficient materials to prepare for it.
