We started with Mixmax as a fully remote company and I was told that I can work any time I want. After some time they asked me to work until 22:30 my local time for the first two months during the onboarding period. I accepted that. But after that, they asked me to work until 1:30 my local time. I was told they changed a policy and don't position themselves as a fully remote company anymore. So I declined. The whole process which consisted of 2 interviews took 2 months.

I interviewed with Mixmax, and my experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Here are some of the major issues I encountered:
Hiring manager conducted the interview in a restaurant with all the background noise and people in the background. which I found very unprofessional.
Secondly Hiring managers was asking completely unrealistic questions and showed that he just wanted to dismiss me any chance he got.
