I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had during the first stage of your interview process. Despite having received an automated email confirmation for the scheduled interview, the interviewer did not show up. Prior to the interview, I took the initiative to send a follow-up email to confirm the appointment, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. On the day of the interview, I joined the meeting via the provided link, only to find that no one else was present. Subsequent attempts to contact the interviewer through another email and LinkedIn messages also went unanswered. This lack of communication and professional courtesy has left me with a negative impression of the recruitment process at MixMax. I hope this feedback helps in improving future candidates' experiences. I had totally different opinion first when I watched the team video that they promote on social media. Thanks.

The usual HR, then hiring manager, then exercise/ presentation. They asked me to do the exercise but then filled the position in the meantime, meaning I wasted a day. Very unprofessional!
