Interview
Spoke with a recruiter then the team lead then a new recruiter since the first one quit then the CEO who had no idea where I was in process and was more interested in telling me about how many people were applying than about the role or the company.
The process was a mess the team is as mature as the product they are trying to pull together. Save your time and move on the CEO has little to no clue.

Interview
First I had a quick phone call with the CTO about my background and the role. After that I was invited over for a lunch on their office. During the lunch I got to meet some of the engineers and their head of product. After the lunch I had a technical interview with one of the engineers. After that I was invited over for a full day onsite where I was asked to prepare a slide deck of my self and I had a technical interview the CTO. After the interviews I was invited over for a happy hour!
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. They did not just test my engineering skills but also put an effort to get to know me as a person.
