Mizuho Financial Group Equity Research Associate interview questions

I did the interview with the equity research senior. I thought that the interview went well and by the end of the interview he told me that they would be in contact for the next steps. I kept waiting but they never sent me an email to let me know that I didn’t qualify. I was really interested in that position and to be honest it was dissapointing after spending some many days preparing for that interview to not even get an email. I sent an email to check in and ask for an update but they never answered. The reason why I wanted to join Mizuho is because I thought that they work culture was different but apparently it is the same with some other corporations.
