First round is 1 to 1 with hiring team member, very lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Just explain your cv and answer some easy behavioural questions. Second round is a 6 hour assessment centre with 4 different objectives. One you must prepare presentation, another was technical, another behavioural round etc.. All candidates are put in rooms together to chat while you wait also, this was OK as everyone was relatively friendly. I really enjoyed this interview and this company, I'm really disappointed I didn't get an offer. It was an undergraduate role but they hired a candidate who was a graduate and had already had 2 previous HR internships. Kind of makes you wonder why the bother inviting you for the interview in the first place.
