Applied online and a recruiter called to set a video interview the next Monday with two VPs.
Whenever I spoke the the interviewers bowed their heads and looked down at the table the whole time. It was not a comfortable experience and maybe it’s a culture difference. There were other things that indicated they didnt see me as a worthy candidate, and I’m not here to beg and try to prove you wrong.

The team seemed great but the recruiter was cold and not communicative. Also the final round with director was also uncomfortable. We took a meeting room in the office and the director was very distracted when a cleaning lady came in and wouldn’t take his eyes off her while I was talking. Maybe reserve a meeting room if you want privacy?
