Mizuho Financial Group Operational Risk Analyst interview questions

Overall the recruitment experience was very pleasant. The role was intermediated by a recruiting agency (very positive impressions of it as well). First round was with the manager and hr representative, second round was set up the next week and was comprised of two separate parts, one involving two senior managers (btw CRO for Europe is great!) and the associate manager, the second one - the associate manager and two members of the team. The first interview was very structured, starting off with the standard resume discussion. It also touched on specific skills (both technical and soft skills) relevant to the role and the motivation for the role. The second interview was semi-structured, focusing on motivation for the role and further understanding of behavioral and personality skills. I was positively impressed with the easy-going flow of both rounds and the nice attitude shown by all involved parties. These were all employees dedicated to the bank for a very long period and looking for a similar type of long term commitment, which I was ready to offer in theory and in practice if given the chance. However, one of my answers during the first round led the employer to believe I was not so long-term committed, therefore did not receive a final offer. Real pity.
