I got a call from the team manager who spoke to me for a few minutes and sent an invite to an interview. Had the first interview with the team manager and another team member, was very unprofessional, basically it seemed as if they don't have a proper development process, they were asking me questions they themselves didn't have the answers, not a great experience. I got a call from the hr after close to a month that they want to continue the process, I said no way.
Applied online via careers page, phone call with hiring manager, 2 rounds of in person technical interviews, with some behavioral portions. One week between each step. Communication was via email.

The first interview consists of a simple programming question, that should be a very rudamentry screening and in which you tell about yourself and get to hear about all the cool projects that Mobileye is doing. A second interview is usually with the HR department to discuss salary and other details. It is a generally painless hiring process.
