1st interview - talked to a director about options for managing different teams. she explained about the different technologies etc. 2nd interview - talked to a senior VP which explained the different issues they have in the software department, he explained what he is looking for and want to hear about my experience 3rd interview - 2 hours interview with an architect and a tech lead about software design, high-level goals about what they need, my experience and previous design on white board, SOLID principles. HR - talked about salary expectations and tried to get a feel of how I am doing with other companies. and what I was offered
