I applied through a friend. I first met online with a member of the team I applied to. It was a 30 minutes interview that was very nice. Then I got an exam to show me what the job would look like and also see some ideas I already have. The exam was enjoyable, but it took a long time to create the final product. Lastly, I was invited to an interview at the offices to be interviewed by four people who had bad vibes between them and disagreed or kept correcting each other's questions. In my opinion, many disoriented questions didn't help them get to know me.
