Recruiter reached out to schedule initial interview. I was then sent a canned rejection letter and immediately requested clarity from the recruiter. He messaged me at the time of the interview to tell me that the hiring team decided not to proceed.

The interview process was pretty unorganized in my opinion. I made it all the way through the final round (4 interviews) and it wasn’t until the final interview that I felt like I had somewhat of a grasp on what the role entailed. I asked every person I spoke with what the KPIs for the role looked like and nobody was able to give a clear answer, which is pretty alarming for a sales role. None of the interviews seemed to have any sort of structure, and I don’t think the questions asked aligned at all with the role. I didn’t speak with the hiring manager who would oversee the position I was interviewing for until the final interview, which makes very little sense and seems to be a waste of time on both ends, because the 4th and final interview was really the only round that provided clarity. The hiring manager should be involved MUCH earlier in the process. Additionally, the recruiter never reached out after the final interview to give any feedback or decision, which I find unprofessional. Seems like they don’t have a lot of structure in their US operations and I did not get the sense that their internal communication is good at all.
