The recruiter consistently took several business days to reply back just to confirm a screen date and kept missing our scheduled calls with replies 1-2 business days after no-shows. Several rounds of email tag and providing availability and now I'm getting radio silence. It's been a whole month and we still haven't had our initial screening call. 2020 hasn't been easy for anyone but have some class and if respect your candidates' time. Reply to your emails and actually communicate if you're not going to attend a call. If we're no longer being considered, then communicate promptly that so we can move on.
