Phone screen with HR first, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I was invited on-site for a formal interview (roughly 3/4 of a day), starting with an hour seminar about my previous research. This was followed by half-hour one-on-ones with leadership and colleagues. There was a lunch interview with multiple people with food from their cafeteria. Overall, a straightforward and pleasant experience.

It takes me about 1 month from the initial application to the final decision. My resume was 100% match to the JD. Everything went well, including the HR and HM call, on-site interview, and thank you notes with nice responses from both HR and HM, until a rejection phone call was made by HR suddenly after 1 week after the on-site interview. Very weird experience!
