I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Moderna (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
I would not work for this company. If you go through an external recruiter, it is only to help the internal recruiter but likely won't hire you because too expensive coming through an agency. A few inexperienced interviewers and some with an attitude. No interviewing skills. Hiring manager did not know how to conduct an interview. She barely asked questions so you feel like you as the interviewee needs to constantly ask questions. In fact, was down right rude even when asking a standard question. It is a two-way street. I've heard terrible things about this company and how they work employees to the bone. Bad vibes when I went on-site.

after 7 interviews online in a space of 1 month and half. I was invited on site for a person interview where I was interview by other 5 people. at the end of the interview they told my experience matched more a manager role, despite having received very good feedbacks at each step.

what would you do if you need to create a team from scratch
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Moderna (Cambridge, MA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Had to bother the recruiter multiple times to get any sort of answer regarding my candidacy post-HR screen. Once I finally got an interview with the hiring manager, she was a mess and seemed to barely have the time to properly sit down and interview me--the whole chat was very rushed and she seemed extremely busy/pre-occupied with work.

Question 1
How would you deal with pressure from multiple leaders simultaneously asking you to make their ask a priority?
Interview process lasted 2 weeks. HR was very communicative and transparent. Followed up with them as I had another offer from another company and they were quick to move everything up.
