TERRIBLE. Worst experience I've ever had with any interview. The worst part is that there is no communication whatsoever. Moderna contacted me to do a personality test, then they did an initial phone screening that took about 20mins. After that, they say they will be "in touch". Weeks go by with no update, and then a Skype interview with the hiring manager is scheduled. The Skype interview went really well and the hiring manager said he wanted to schedule another interview. Its been OVER A MONTH. No update, no respond to my follow up email, NOTHING. At least show some respect to candidates and let them know something has happened, don't just say you will schedule something and then leave the candidate with nothing at all.
