Interview
The interview process was over a month I spoke to four telant acquisition folks( after 6 calls and a dozen emails) before I could speak to a hiring manager.
Once I spoke to the quality team I was giving an offer 36 hours later.
I was even able to negotiate higher than the initial offer.

The interview was very chill it felt like a conversation. I had 2 30 minute zoom meetings with two different people. The meeting felt like 5 minutes, we had a great conversation but no offer.

1 round for contract role- easy and very good. Interviewer explained a lot about the role and projects that they worked on . It was a good learning experience as well.
Overall impression is that the culture is a roller coaster. They definitely wanted to make sure that you would be a good fit because those that don’t fit leave. They did seem to have a passion for their mission
