No communications, no response to any reach out, nothing but silence. If they're trying to hire the best talent, then they need to communicate like a leading company. It is shocking to me how non responsive the Talent team is on email, msgs, etc. They're job is to communicate to candidates. So if you want to hire senior people then you need to treat the process with a lot more interaction and engagement. Awful
