The question is describe the interview process. My answer: nonexistent. You'll read posts below from candidates claiming to be ghosted by Moderna. You'll see responses from their HR department saying they've changed. As of October 2021, not true. I applied through a single click to submit a profile and resume and was contacted by a newish employee in HR within a couple of days with a link to her calendar to set up a time for a phone call. I went in, selected a time, gave a phone number, and replied telling her I'd done so. No response whatsoever. I messaged again on the day of the interview. Again no response. No word from Moderna since that time on what happened, so no doubt this was intentional and not a mixup. This person has been with the company for about two months now, according to a professional profile, so it does not seem she'd have made this decision herself. It likely came from higher up, indicating systemic HR issues that likely are indicative of other systemic issues. Don't believe posts you see from Moderna HR claiming they've changed, at least not in the near future. If your time or dignity as a jobseeker are important to you, steer clear. And note the hypocrisy of a company that's supposed to be facilitating health but is engaging in practices that could harm candidates' mental health. Hopefully they do change at some point. The anti-science crowd does not need more fuel.
