i was called by the recruiter very professional. then the hiring manager called for a screening phone call . then a very intense and long interview which it took 2 days .(which i believe was a great experience ) then i waited for 6 weeks until another recruiter called me . and i explained i am still waiting for the other recruiter to give me a decision. well i got the phone call after 6 weeks saying sorry we hired internal candidate . then i called the second recruiter to set an interview for a manufacturing specialist. which he did. 2 hours before the interview a third recruiter called me saying your interview was cancelled because we choose an internal candidate . then i was curies i went on the ZOOM link i found the hiring manager waiting for me so i explain what happened . they said ohhh sorry we are really busy and he sounded like he got use to this kind of unprofessional weird event
