I applied through other source. I interviewed at Moderna
Interview
It was really good. I basically interviewed with my future bosses-they we’re extremely personable. It was like a conversation with the classic interview with questions. I had 3 Rounds-one with Emmy recruiter, one with my first boss, and the last with my second boss.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Moderna
Interview
I had a decent time speaking with the recruiters - they were nice during the phone calls and prompt when it came to emails.
The interview was kind of atrocious. I felt like they interviewed me knowing they were going to reject me. They only asked me two things: 1) "tell me about yourself", and 2) "what do you know about Moderna?" Near the end, the interviewer looked at my resume, mentioned I didn't have co-op/intern experience, and said repeatedly that I lacked experience.
