Recruiter initially was great, high energy, enthusiastic about the company. I was moved to interview with the manager of the department, she was very dry and short, barely asked me questions I prepared for, her lack of charisma and energy caused me to doubt myself. I tried to follow up with the recruiter and got no response, which I thought was unprofessional.
