Recruiter emailed, asked to fill out online survey on core values. Initial recruiter call was very well done and inviting. Discussed core values and the role. Recruiter was very knowledgable on team and technical details (most recruiters do not know much about the role!). Interview with manager was disappointing, they kept yawning in the middle of it and seemed disinterested. No technical questions. I appreciate that the recruiter communicated very well via email (response in 1-2 days).

Explain some past experiences, type of management style I enjoy working with
Short, not very good. No opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview. Interviewer was also late. Asked two questions: one about my resume the other about my GPA.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me a few weeks after I submitted my initial application. We had a quick phone screening, after which he confirmed I would be a good fit for the role and set up an interview with the hiring manager. About a week later I had a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, which went really well. I was scheduled for an interview with multiple members of the group the following week. I interviewed with eight people, including two hiring managers and the recruiter, over the course of a 6-hour Webex call. Each member asked me a series of technical questions relating to my skills and prior job experience. I received an offer the following week.
