First there was a personality test. After that there were four back-to-back 30 minute interviews. The first one was very standard. The second one there were connection issues so half of the interview was wasted trying to hear each other. The third interview the guy talked the ENTIRE TIME ABOUT HIMSELF. The last one the guy seemed like he was in a closet and very uncomfortable. Three of the interviewers had only been at the company for a couple months or WEEKS. I know they've grown quickly, but it made me feel pretty nervous about the prospect of joining the company, which was a moot point because they didn't offer me a job anyway.
