Remote Interview with 1 QC manager and 1 QC associate director. The associate director asked many technical questions involving sterility, bioburden, endotoxin, EM, and aseptic qualifications. There were questions about mindset and company culture. The interview was also used to gauge whether I fit more on product testing or Environmental Monitoring. It was decided that I had more expertise in Environmental Monitoring.
