The candidate experience was terrible. The entire process took over 2 months. They had me come on-site for 5 hours worth of interviews, in the middle of the day, forcing me to take a full day off from my job - which normally wouldn't be an issue, but get this - the last 2 hours of the interview agenda were me eating lunch for an hour (alone) and then my last interview after that was a VIRTUAL interview, which I easily could have had from home on another day! There was absolutely no consideration for my time at all. From there, I was told I would have feedback within a week. I didn't hear anything from the recruiter for just over 2 weeks and was told it would be another week. Then never heard anything for another 2.5 weeks. At this point, it had been well over a month since I physically went on-site and the recruiter called me again asking for me to meet with 2 more people. I'm sorry, but you're doing something wrong if you're having candidates meet with SEVEN people for a non-executive level position. After the final 2 interviews, the recruiter did not follow-up with me again until I reached out directly for the feedback. I would not recommend.
