Made me do silly personality assessment, 2 rounds of interviews where they kept emphasizing Moderna’s mindsets/principles only to ghost me later. Don’t think recruiters actually believe their own company’s mindsets of ‘taking ownership’, ‘urgency’, , etc. This company’s recruiting culture speaks about how empty their values really are!!
