The process was unorganized and an inconsiderate waste of time. They added interviewers on three occasions until there were over 10 different calls of 30 to 45 minutes in length. Following those calls, they changed the title for the position without changing requirements and reposted the job.

Standard conversationally lead questions. They really pushed the Moderna Mindsets and I would recommend reading those over ahead of time.
after 7 interviews online in a space of 1 month and half. I was invited on site for a person interview where I was interview by other 5 people. at the end of the interview they told my experience matched more a manager role, despite having received very good feedbacks at each step.

Had to bother the recruiter multiple times to get any sort of answer regarding my candidacy post-HR screen. Once I finally got an interview with the hiring manager, she was a mess and seemed to barely have the time to properly sit down and interview me--the whole chat was very rushed and she seemed extremely busy/pre-occupied with work.

Interview process lasted 2 weeks. HR was very communicative and transparent. Followed up with them as I had another offer from another company and they were quick to move everything up.
