Interview process emphasized the Moderna Mindsets. First call with HR recruiter, followed by a 45 minute conversation with the hiring manager, and then finally a 4-5 person panel interview. HR recruiter followed up shortly after panel interviews concluded. I wanted to share that my experience was similar to one I saw on Glassdoor - Moderna has been posting and interviewing for positions that have not been approved yet. I was given the thumbs up that we were moving forward with an offer and was asked for details related to the compensation package. However, after a month of being in "internal approvals," the HR recruiter suddenly gave me the news that they ultimately would not be hiring for the position. In my opinion, it was a waste of everyone's time and extremely unprofessional.

Had to bother the recruiter multiple times to get any sort of answer regarding my candidacy post-HR screen. Once I finally got an interview with the hiring manager, she was a mess and seemed to barely have the time to properly sit down and interview me--the whole chat was very rushed and she seemed extremely busy/pre-occupied with work.

Interview process lasted 2 weeks. HR was very communicative and transparent. Followed up with them as I had another offer from another company and they were quick to move everything up.
