Interview
Interview process emphasized the Moderna Mindsets. Know those and align you skills/experience around each of them. First call with HR recruiter, which was informational.
Then followed by a 45 minute conversation with the hiring manager, which went well. Finally there were 3 interviews. HR recruiter followed up after interviews concluded and we talked package/offer. I felt very positive at that point and thought I would be extended an offer.
At it turns out, I was informed I did not meet the requirements of the role and no offer was extended. This was a very strange outcome and it all seemed positive and I was already a Director. So not sure how I did not meet the requirement. I asked for feedback so I could use that to improve upon, but never heard back. In my opinion, it was a waste of everyone's time and extremely unprofessional.

Had to bother the recruiter multiple times to get any sort of answer regarding my candidacy post-HR screen. Once I finally got an interview with the hiring manager, she was a mess and seemed to barely have the time to properly sit down and interview me--the whole chat was very rushed and she seemed extremely busy/pre-occupied with work.

Interview process lasted 2 weeks. HR was very communicative and transparent. Followed up with them as I had another offer from another company and they were quick to move everything up.
