It was actually good but I was not offered the position even though I fit most of the job description. The interviewers were friendly and nice which made the rejection a bit more hurtful.

2 rounds, 1 with recruiter and 1 with 2 managers on strategy team. Fair behavioral questions and the team was friendly. Seems like a fast paced environment with a lot of growth. Recruiters were slightly unorganized.

About one week after I submitted the application, the recruiter emailed me and arranged three interviews with me. I got those three interviews in one day (two directors and one recruiter). It's conversational. Most of the questions asked about my interest and my previous experience.
