Question 1
I was asked about my opinion regarding the format of the documents that I specialize in. The questions were more geared towards confirming that I have knowledge/experience regarding the role and that I was familiar with some of the challenges that I would be facing when stepping into the role.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Moderna in Sep 2023
Interview
HR interview a few weeks after an application on their website, the HR recruiter was 5 minutes late and did not apologize. Took 2 weeks to move the process forward with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was senior leadership despite the requirements of the position being mostly entry level, and asked questions that were required of somebody beyond the YOE required for the role. Good conversations and ended with the hiring manager saying the process will moved quickly at the end of the interview. It took nearly a month to get a response from the recruiter saying the team has moved on with other candidates. Very disorganized process with a whole lot of fake niceties. Not surprising when you read the reviews of the company here and hear words about the work ethics from other industry professionals.
