Relatively short process. Phone screen with recruiter > Hiring Manager interview > Panel interview. The company wanted to give you a 'take home' assignment on 3 cases that they would come up with. You would later present your 'findings' at a 3rd interview in front of a panel. Completely unnecessary for a position where you would be filing disputes.
In my call with the hiring manager, she began listing a laundry list of other responsibilities that were not listed on the job description.
They did not extend an offer for the panel interview, which I had no problem with.
