The interview process was 2 hours long. I was interviewed by 6 different people at 6 different times. The questions that they asked me sounded all the same. Based on some interviewers facial expressions and demeanors, I felt that they were looking for a candidate who was of a white race even though my background of the job description was strong enough. I came to this realization because as I was given a tour throughout the company, the ratio of the people that works there were 98 percent whites and the minorities that works there were in non leadership role.
