The interview process is the standard phone screen from internal recruitment with a follow up phone interview and an in person meeting. During the in person meeting it was set up with a number of different people but also included a panel of people who were in the role in which I presented a mock project to them as if I were in the role. It was a good process overall and everyone was very nice.
