First interview was in early November with a recruiter. This was pretty standard and we quickly set up a meeting with the hiring manager. After meeting with the recruiter, MANY people from the team began checking out my LinkedIn profile. Second interview was rescheduled due to issues on the hiring manager's end and we wound up meeting right before Thanksgiving. The hiring manager was lovely. She asked repeatedly if I'd be open to another role, but did not provide details on that role. I was told I'd move on to the next round. This is where communication seemed to go awry. The recruiter seemed to have disappeared. I had to reach out at the beginning of December to get the third interview scheduled, which is was, quickly. Again, I was repeatedly asked if I'd be open to other positions. At the beginning of January, I had to reach out again to find out the status of the role. I was informed that the position was filled internally a week prior. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I understand not getting the job, but the lack of communication from the recruiter was a bummer.
