I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Modernizing Medicine (Miami, FL) in Nov 2022
Interview
1st interview went well with the recruiter. I was an employee referral. We discussed the job description and general qualification requirements, which were pretty standard, and we quickly set up a meeting with the hiring manager. She repeatedly asked if I'd be open to another role but did not provide details as she didn't think I was fit for the role but pushed my name forward, which was appreciative to have a conversation. After meeting with the recruiter, MANY team members began checking out my LinkedIn profile. The second interview scheduled with the Manager, the hiring manager was good. Again, a short discussion of 30 minutes, and I did not get the opportunity to share anything about myself. It was rapid fire as the interview was 30 minutes, and the questions were rapid-fire. This communication broke down afterward as it went awry. The recruiter seemed to have disappeared. So I had to find out where of f there was another step to the interview process. I got a response shortly after and was informed that the position was being internally filled. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I understand not getting the job, but the lack of communication from the recruiter was a bummer. I did reach out afterward to the recruiter on the application process as other roles were more suitable to my skill set and is sourced by the same recruiter, and I still did not receive any communication.
