Recruiter reached out to me to interview, initially the process went well and had a very pleasant first HR interview. This was the only pleasant part of the process. Then, a totally different HR employee emailed me to schedule the same initial HR interview I had already had that day. Very confusing. It was the worst interviewing I have ever experienced (and I have been on both sides of interviewing many many times).
I then responded asking for feedback in their selection and gave them my feedback regarding the rude, disengaged hiring manager. Zero response to this day.

Finally, they asked me my salary expectations. I gave them a range that was based on my research of Modernizing Medicine and Revenue Cycle Management industry averages in my demographic. They told me my expectation was significantly higher than their budget. They clearly have zero understanding of the market and geographic impact on salary. Don’t expect experienced, bachelor degree educated talent if you will be paying a salary that would not even support cost of living for a minimum wage worker in Arkansas.
