Had a telephone interview with HR and then face to face with a panel. All very pleasant. My answers about Scrum weren't particularly good and the final person who I spoke to (seemingly the most important) didn't seem particularly interested in that fact that I was there. My interaction with him made me feel better about not getting the job.
My biggest criticism of Modernizing Medicine is that they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me I hadn't got the job. I did all the normal professional post-interview follow-up, but they were completely unresponsive. I think that employers should always politely tell unsuccessful applicants that their services are not required and wish them luck in the future. I don't care that I didn't get the job (for a whole bunch of reasons) but their ER department was just downright rude to call me for a four hour interview and then not complete any follow up.
