I interviewed here 2 years ago. I made it to the 2nd round. The process seemed a bit disorganized. The person I was in contact with (it was either HR or a recruiter) told me to pre-record a presentation prior to my panel interview. They told me that the panel would watch my presentation beforehand and I would be answering questions during the interview. When I got there, none of the interviewers knew about the pre-recorded presentation that I sent in. They were finally able to find it, but it was a bit discouraging that so little emphasis was placed on my interview that they paid no attention to the email they received from the recruiter. There could definitely be improvements in communication and respecting a candidates efforts and time. So I had to do the presentation live which I was not prepared for.
