Interview
Initial interview is a 30 min phone interview. Just a basic introduction of company and about your background. Then in person with Recruiting Director and Managing Director. This will be about 1.5 to 2 hours. Then third interview is a panel with the team consisting of sr. recruiter, sales and so forth.
