Very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. An initial phone screen and on-site interview were completed before being offered the position. Since this is a staffing company, these individuals definitely know how to get key information from candidates to determine whether or not they are qualified. A great overview of the company was given and we discussed my background and how it could apply to the position in detail.
