Interview
It was quite a long process but this showed me how serious they were about their employees. I had a HR interview, after this I had a technical test that I submitted over email and then I had 2 technical interviews with 2 tech leads. And in the end I met the local manager and had a discussion with him.

Interview
During the hiring process, I navigated through a sequence of interviews, including one with the recruiter, followed by a technical evaluation, and culminating in a conclusive session with the hiring manager and lead developer.
It's a really good process, they ask about myself, my previous experience, stuff like that, and why I want to change my current company, such passed a nice vibe, how they work and how they want to work in the future!
