The interview at Modus Create consisted of three separate interviews. The first one was with the HR Rep to make sure I have the necessary skill set for the role and to check if I might be a good culture fit for the environment I'm going to be a part of. The second interview was with the Agile Lead that wanted to make sure I have the necessary knowledge and experience for the job while testing my culture fit. The last and third interview was with a director and we went through some high-level management, product, and strategy conversations. My experience was extremely positive as all the interviewers were pretty clear from the start on their expectations, how my working day would look like and what can I expect from them in return. In my opinion, Modus Create is a great fully remote company, with great culture and knowledge sharing mentality. With that said, I would recommend it to anyone.
