Interview
The process was fairly standard although I spoke with 9 people in total. It was a mixture of phone screening, conversations with individuals as well as small group interviews. As with any interview, be prepared in advance. Try to do research on the company.
The hiring process was easy. The on-boarding process needed improving...which now it has.
