Interview
The interview and hiring process was a joke. I had two separate interviews for the position with three different managers. The interviews themselves were not difficult. Afterwords I had little to no contact from the hiring managers or HR. HR did not give me the time of day whenever I followed up and were very rude. When I actually was able to get a hold of the hiring managers, they spoke to me like I was inconveniencing them when I was trying to get more info on a position THEY called me in for. I would think that they would treat people who are eager and enthusiastic to work for their company with professionalism and respect, but apparently that was not in their nature. I wasted a lot of time dealing with them for a position I was overqualified for, and regret applying there. I will gladly tell any peers I have that have potential interest in working for MCC to not waste their time.
Two rounds: HR screen + Panel interview Simple/average, mostly based on resume and direct relation to resume. Know resume really well and job description and your 'why' -- overall not a super long process

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
2 parts: 1) meet with HR and discuss benefits, programs, etc. 2) actual interview. Questions were good, engaging and manager was present. The interview was only 30 min--do wish they were a bit longer and encouraged more questions. Come prepared with questions about the position and ask them early!
It took me 9 applications over 4 months to land a job with Moffitt.
